At Bertrand-Johnson Acoustics, we know that not all employees are able to attend workplace hearing screenings. Whether it's due to a vacation, an unforeseen obligation or some other impediment, it's crucial that no one is left out. That's why we offer an alternative solution: in-clinic hearing screening, thanks to our network of partner clinics across Canada.

A solution for absentees

If your employees are unavailable for hearing screenings at your company, our in-clinic screening service is the perfect solution. Whether an employee is on leave, absent when our audiometric booths are visited, or too busy on the day of the test, they always have the option of completing their screening in one of our partner clinics.

For new hires and departures

If you're welcoming new members to your team, or if some of them are about to leave before their scheduled corporate hearing screenings, our in-clinic services are here to make your life easier. Whether it's a newcomer who hasn't yet had the opportunity to be tested, or a colleague who's about to leave, everyone can easily be screened at one of our partner clinics. This way, you can keep a close eye on your team's hearing health, even outside scheduled on-site sessions.

Partner clinics across Canada

We've created a network of partner clinics across Canada, offering your employees maximum flexibility. Wherever they are, there's always a partner clinic nearby. Our clinics are fully equipped to offer the same level of precision and professionalism as our in-house services.

Fast, efficient care

The process is simple: if an employee has not been able to take his or her screening at work, he or she can quickly book an appointment at one of our partner clinics. The test is carried out to the same high quality standards. The employee will receive a detailed report, guaranteeing your compliance with hearing safety requirements. If latecomers are seen within 4 weeks, we can include them in the administrative report we provide at the end of a screening contract.

Frequently asked questions

In-clinic hearing screenings

Why choose in-clinic hearing screening?

This solution is perfect for companies that want to ensure that all their employees - even those who were unable to attend on-site screenings - are well taken care of. By offering this flexibility, you can guarantee optimal management of hearing health in your organization, while reducing untested absences.

Will the employee have to pay for services received at the clinic?

Unless explicitly requested otherwise by our customers, workers are never required to pay for clinical interventions. Bertrand-Johnson Acoustics is responsible for invoicing the client company in accordance with the agreement between the parties.
